Open Question: Biggest winner from off season adjustments?

During this seemingly eternal off season in NASCAR, I found myself easily entertained by the musical chairs that took place with drivers and crew chiefs. Teams across the three series now claim that they are now in championship form, despite some teams picking up drivers and CCs that were dumped from poor performance. I think Phoenix Racing will surprise many with the addition of Kurt, as long as Mr. Finch stays away from Hendrick’s cheap R&D motors. If MWR sees the improvements it expects, Clint Boywer might ease a win in during the season. There is just so many possibilities. It’s just under 2 weeks until speed weeks begins.
